Who We Are and What We Want

SAFR is a group of concerned activists dedicated to making the voices of firearm owners heard.  We grew out of the concern that Michigan gun owners were no longer unified in their ability to speak as a voting block.  Firearm owners can and have made a difference in many elections.  With primary elections coming up and national elections in November, we no longer have the time to wait.  We have to take action now.  Together, we’re doing that.

SAFR is growing by the day. We’d like you to join us in our efforts, as an individual and by asking your club to join us.

Make a Difference

We hope you will feel that protecting your right to bear arms is worth your time and money and you will donate those. Going into the election year, the most important resource we have is people who are willing to be active. This may mean writing to legislators and local papers, working for pro-gun candidates and their campaigns, coming to rallies, or passing the word to your friends and families. We can make a difference by working together to make our voices heard.
